Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your merchandise. Items that require an additional delivery charge, due to their size and weight, have additional charges noted. Shipping charges will be billed at the time of check out.
Expedited Shipping (United States)
Choose expedited shipping to enjoy your items sooner! This option is only available to customers who ship in the continental United States. Rates will be charged based on size and weight of package.Standard Shipping (International)
International shipping rates are based on the estimated weight of the package.
You will always be able to review shipping charges before finalizing your order at checkout.
International shipping rates do not include import fees, customs or duty charges. Quilters Inspiration has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.Return Policy In Store
In store purchases of cut fabric, books, patterns, and custom kits are not eligible for return unless damaged, all other returns must be in original packaging. A store credit may be issued instead of a refund. Classes
Attendance cancellation with at least a 72 hours notice will receive full class credit applied to your store account. Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will receive half the class fee credited to your store account. No show attendance will forfeit total class fee if notice is not given prior to the start time of the class. Two week cancellation notice is required for guest teachers and special events for full store credit. No credit will be given for cancellations of guest teachers and special events with less than one week notice.Shipping
Shipped purchases carry a 15-day money back guarantee on all items except books and patterns unless damaged. If the parcel is damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us to get a return label to send it back and we will arrange for prompt replacement at no additional charge. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will replace it with a similar item you agree to or refund your money. If the product is not in stock, we will try to provide you with the best estimate of delivery as provided from the supplier.
We try to accurately reproduce the colors and texture of the fabrics that are featured on the website. However, digital images and fabric will never match exactly. We do offer the option of returning the fabric or kit if the following return conditions are met. Please handle all items with care and return in the same condition and packaging as they were received in. If an item has been cut, washed, altered, or contains odors, it is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. If received in special packaging, please send back in the same packaging to avoid damage.
Customers may be responsible for return postage. Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Contact us to receive a return label and initiate the refund process. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility. A store credit may be issued instead of a refund, especially on in store returns.Privacy Notice
